When we heard March 1st was employee appreciation day, we knew we had to use it as an opportunity to shine a spotlight on our favorite people–the Alloy team! After all, they’re the ones who make it all possible— they make the website run, keep our webinar series chugging along, respond to customer queries, manage orders, and oh so much MORE!

Most of all, we love seeing each and every one’s smiling faces on our daily team Zoom meetings (see photo!), especially since we’re fully remote, with team members across the country and around the globe.

We’re grateful to them every day, and we’re excited for you to get to know a few of them below.

Been with Alloy: Two years

What does a typical day look like for you?

“My daughter wakes my husband and me up, then we cuddle and play and have breakfast together, then up to my office. I begin work with our morning meeting then check on our email automations and our CRM platform. I prepare email campaigns that will be sent for the week and check on how past campaigns have done. Throughout the day I have a few breaks to eat, go on a walk, and play with my daughter. When the tasks of the workday are complete, I usually go for a walk then put on a cooking show for my girl.”

What’s your favorite part of the day?

“My favorite part of the workday is seeing how customers have responded to our campaigns, and my favorite part of the rest of the day is time spent with my daughter.”

What’s one tool you need to get your job done?

“The Alloy team!!!!!”

What do you keep on your desk?

What’s your favorite part of the day?

“I love meeting with the Alloy team and learning from this dynamic group of individuals who have created and structured something real and tangible out of a vision and plan set forth by our founders and medical advisor. It's really interesting and entirely out of my wheelhouse and I love learning new things! In the same vein, I LOVE learning from our webinar guests and I truly, deeply love our support groups, where I spend time listening, learning about, and educating women in the Alloy community. It's an honor and personal highlight of mine two days a month.”

"Slack, Zoom, and Asana are my holy trinity! Zoom is probably #1, since it’s how I connect, share, and ideate with the rest of the team!
