Dr. Taylor Hahn, MD, FACOG, DABOM, MSCP is a dual board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and Obesity Medicine Specialist, as well as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, with a dedicated focus on whole-woman health across midlife and beyond. Her clinical expertise spans full scope gynecology, perimenopause and menopause care, pelvic and sexual health, and evidence-based weight management—approached through an integrated, stigma-free lens.

She is the founder and owner of VIA Women’s Health Collective, a Direct Specialty Care practice in Indiana built around the belief that women deserve comprehensive, personalized care that addresses the full picture of their health, not isolated symptoms. Dr. Hahn is deeply passionate about hormone therapy, pelvic and sexual wellness, and sustainable weight management, recognizing how these elements intersect to shape a woman’s overall wellbeing.
