Who is it for?

For any woman—really, any woman—looking to reverse the effects of estrogen-deficiency in the skin due to menopause, perimenopause, or just aging (loss of collagen, decreased elasticity and moisture, and appearance of wrinkles). M4 works alone or alongside your current menopause treatment plan.

How to use it

Adding M4 once, either to your morning or nighttime skincare routine is easy. You can replace your current moisturizer and firming creams with M4 or add it to your regime. It’s safe to use with your other skincare solutions.

During your normal morning skincare routine, apply a pump of M4 to the face and neck when you would normally apply moisturizer (after serums, if you use them). Remember to always complete your morning routine with an SPF.

If you’re using M4 as part of your nighttime routine, apply a pump of M4 when you would normally apply moisturizer (after serums, if you use them) and then follow up with any retinol and/or nighttime moisturizers.
