About Dr. Williams
Dr. Kathryn Williams brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and creative insight to her work in women’s health. With triple board certifications in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology), and Obesity Medicine, she offers a comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.
Dr. Williams began her professional journey in the arts, but her lifelong fascination with science and health ultimately led her to medicine. She earned her medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and pursued fellowship training in Urogynecology at Northwell Health – Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
With a deep passion for women's health, Dr. Williams focuses on the full spectrum of care — from navigating perimenopause and managing weight, to addressing complex pelvic floor disorders. Her mission is to help women feel empowered, informed, and supported during every stage of midlife and beyond.
Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Williams enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends--often at the beach--where she finds inspiration and balance.
